After Dark is our sexy couples photography experience at Curves Studios in Altrincham, Manchester. It is designed for couples who want something different, exciting and private — a chance to celebrate chemistry, closeness and confidence together.
You do not need to know how to pose, and you do not need to feel camera-confident before you arrive. We guide the whole experience step by step with flattering lighting, styling and posing so you can relax into it together.

How raunchy can we go during the photoshoot?
Your After Dark couples photoshoot can be as spicy, intimate and suggestive as you feel comfortable with. We can create very sexy poses and tastefully simulate intimate moments for the camera; however, we do not allow penetration or actual sexual acts to take place during the session. Everything is kept private, guided, respectful and professionally photographed.
What’s included in an After Dark couples photoshoot?
Your couples photoshoot experience includes professional hair and makeup styling for one person, a private fully guided couples photoshoot in the studio with one of our photographers, and a cinema-style viewing appointment at a later date where you can see your finished, tastefully airbrushed photographs. One digital photo is included to get you started, with additional images and products available separately if you choose.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. Your photographer guides the whole shoot step by step, including posing, lighting, styling and where to look. You do not need any experience.
Is the photoshoot private?
Yes. Your After Dark session is a private couples photoshoot experience in the studio, designed to feel relaxed, respectful and fully guided.
What should we wear?
Bring outfits that make you feel confident. This could include underwear, shirts, robes, bodysuits or anything that fits the mood you want. We recommend bringing a few options so your photographer can help style the session.
Does the experience include makeover styling?
Yes. The experience includes professional hair and makeup styling for one person. If two makeovers are needed, please book directly with the studio over the phone so we can arrange the correct appointment time.
Are same sex couples welcome?
Absolutely. Same sex couples are welcome. If both partners would like makeover styling, please book directly with the studio by phone so we can arrange this correctly.
Do we have to buy images afterwards?
No. Your private viewing is no obligation. You can choose your favourite images and any products or packages that feel right for you.
